To do that we have a team of experts who does a careful check on the product description, its quantity as per the order number and its code before it's ready for dispatch.in case you are not satisfied with the order, we allow for an exchange.
Our terms for Refund & Return/Exchange Policy are as follow:
You may change/cancel your order if it is not processed. To do so please send us an email at dressline.94@gmail.com with your order number and your request.
- International orders cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled.
- All our products undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch, if you find the product damaged, kindly email us the pictures of the product within 24hrs from the order receipt. Once we confirm, we will reprint your order and deliver it to you.
- Return policy is not applicable for orders measuring up to 1meter or below.
- The return policy is not applicable for orders above 10 meters of a single design. If the product is damaged kindly send us an email at dressline.94@gmail.com with pictures. Once the damage is confirmed we will reprint your order and deliver it to you.
- The products can be returned within a week from the date of receipt only if it is not in the quantity you ordered, if the product is damaged or has a major defect or if it is different from what you ordered.
- We manage all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you receive a damaged, wrong product kindly get in touch within 48 hrs from the date of receipt and we will take care of the rest.
- In case you receive a different product from what you ordered, kindly email us at dressline.94@gmail.com within 48hrs, and we will exchange the product free of cost.
- If your order contains products sold from OFFERS/SALE, it will not be returned or exchanged.
- SALE products will only be returned or exchanged if it is damaged/defective or the product is not what was ordered.
- The products to be returned or exchanged have to be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in undamaged condition.
- If you cancel the order any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account within 10-15 days.
- Shipping charges will be deducted from the amount and the remaining amount will be credited if the order is returned.
- If a coupon code is applied and the order is returned then the discount will be deducted from the amount and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- In the case of multiple orders, if a single product is returned and a coupon code is applied, then the discount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- It will take approximately 15 - 25 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund after we receive the product.
